It is my understanding that he also works out of Ann arbor, so, if you shop at ABC, ask for Damon Watson. He took care of my order and called me several times to be sure I understood all that he explained. He is very professional, very up front, and very nice.
Damon contacted me the next day explaining that I may be able to get the order sooner than thought and made sure I Didnt move my old furniture until we knew for sure that it would be on the truck. I returned to the store and placed my order with a salesperson, who was also very nice and explained things well. Damon explained to me fully what would take place as far as the changes, and delivery because of covid.

I entered the Livonia store and Damon Watson approached me right away. I had been looking for living room furniture for a while. I appreciate the good customer service I received from the delivery crew! Im definitely calling corporate cause this is not the way you treat customers especially returning customers!UPDATE: I was able to finally get my items delivered and the delivery men were very professional, quick setup, and knew exactly what to do. Finally, on call 5 was told that my items will be delivered the next week. Took the next day off waited and waited called the store 4 times that day and was told someone would call me back, never called. Never received a call back so one day while on my way to work I receive a call from the delivery driver stating they would be at my home within the hour ask if it could be reschedule for later in the day was told no it would be rescheduled for the next day. I had to call the store multiple times and was told that someone would call me back to confirm delivery. Really enjoy patronizing this location.Im really upset with this location I placed my order on Januand was told that the delivery would be delayed, waited 2 months 10 days for delivery. Moe was able to give me a great deal on the items I was looking for with a wonderful personality.
